This week needs to go faster. That meme that says something like, I'm sorry Monday I'm leaving you because I'm dreaming about Friday and longing for Saturday. I think it should apply to not just Monday but Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. But anyways, enough complaining, it's actually been a pretty good week so far. So the Halloween party was AWESOME and I had a blast! My roommate Sam and I were the only ones from my apartment to go, so we went with our FHE sisters (Family Home Evening group that includes 2 girl apartments and 1 guys apartment and we do activities and a lesson every Monday night). We showed up fashionably late and just in time for all the line dances! We danced almost the entire time, except to get our picture taken and to get something to eat and drink. But we were busting some crazy moves! It was so much fun to just relax and have fun for a night. We stayed till they were literally packing up the DJ's equipment haha! Then we rocked out to more music on the way back to the apartment. See, you can balance fun and school. You just have to learn how to time manage really well. As I'm getting to know people better and hang out with them I'm liking college more. I still don't know if I love it, but I'm liking it more. And let me just add that all the partying here is totally clean. I refuse to even be around inappropriate behavior or language. That's why I love BYU-Idaho, everyone has to live my the Honor Code and uphold standards. It makes learning and studying so much easier in a clean environment.
